Q: What about vitamin B12?
A: A: I get my B12 naturally through nutritional yeast flakes (which I have with my vegetable dinner every day) and from my homemade coconut kombucha (which I drink daily). Both are part of my Raw Food lifestyle and provide all the B12 I need. No synthetic supplements required!
Q: Can this work for everyone?
A: I believe everyone can benefit from more Raw Food in their diet. 100% Raw works for me, but even 50–80% Raw can transform your health. Start where you are.
