They want to sell you a bottle. Nature sells nothing.
Ever since I published my new book IN NATURE WE TRUST in March 2026, the journalist email inquiries keep coming. This morning fifteen inquiries landed in a single alert. Health and wellness writers, all hunting for expert quotes, all sent within a day of each other.
Here is what they wanted to know.
The best saw palmetto supplement for prostate health. The best weight loss pills. The best supplements for heart health. The best vitamins for brain health. Whether collagen is safe. The best prostate supplement for men over 50.
Fifteen questions. Read them again and you notice something.
Every one of them had already decided the answer.
According to them the answer was a bottle. The only thing left to figure out was which one. Which brand, which dose, which ingredient, which price point. No one asked whether you needed the bottle at all.
That is unfortunately the whole game, right there in one morning’s inbox.
The machine does not ask whether the body is missing something. It assumes the body is missing something, then sells you the product or service. Prostate, heart, brain, waistline, skin yo name it.. A different bottle for every part of you, as if you were a car and your organs were parts that wear out on a particular time.
In today’s world everything is media or social media trends. A new pill, a new powder, a new miracle root every season. But mother nature does not trend, because nature is not a product. Nobody runs a press campaign for a peach or apple. The best health advice was never a product, so it never had a marketing campaign or budget, so it never made the headlines in the media.
They want to sell you a bottle. Nature sells nothing.
Here is what forty years and a body that still runs marathons taught me. The prostate, the heart, the brain, the waistline, the skin: they are not separate problems with separate bottles. They are one system. Feed the system 100% plant-based raw food, living food, food that never saw a factory, and the system takes care of the parts. Not because of a miracle ingredient. Because that is what the body was built to do when you stop getting in its way.
The bottle promises to fix one thing. Real food quietly runs everything without claiming anything.
So the next time a headline asks you which supplement is best for your heart, or your brain, or your prostate, ask the question the headline skipped.
What if the real answer was never in a bottle?
