Have you ever wondered why a giant tortoise can live for 150 years, or why a naked mole rat stays “young” and cancer-free for its entire life?
I spent Friday afternoon listening to some of the smartest people on the planet discuss this exact topic. I joined a webinar with Dr. Steven Austad, Dr. Vera Gorbunova, and Dr. Andrei Seluanov—scientists who lead the “Nathan Shock Centers of Excellence” (the top-tier research hubs for the biology of aging).
The topic was “Aging in the Wild.”
These researchers are looking at beavers, bats, and elephants to figure out how they stay strong and healthy while humans often struggle with fatigue and disease as we age.
The Missing Link
While the scientists are doing incredible work in their labs, I sat there as a practitioner. I’ve spent the last 16 years asking a very similar question:
“If nature can keep these animals young, what happens when a human stops eating ‘dead’ processed food and starts fueling their body with the ‘living’ energy nature intended?”
The scientists call this “Comparative Biology.” I call it The Human Protocol.
Lessons from the Wild
One of the biggest takeaways from the experts is that nature doesn’t have “symptoms”, it has signals. When an animal is in its natural habitat eating its natural diet, its body knows exactly how to repair itself.
Humans are the only species that has walked away from its natural habitat. We eat food that has been cooked, processed, and stripped of its life force. Then, we wonder why we feel tired at 40, 50, or 60.
16 Years of Proof
At 67 years old, I don’t just read about these theories. I live them.
- I run marathons.
- I have the energy I had in my 30s.
- My biological profile (the data inside my body) defies the “normal” rules of aging.
This isn’t a miracle. It’s just what happens when you stop fighting nature and start trusting it.
The Movement is Growing
I am so passionate about this that I am mailing a hardcover copy of my research, In NATURE We TRUST, to the AFAR headquarters in New York tomorrow. I want the scientists to see the human results of the biological laws they are studying.
And I’m not the only one.
As of today, over 549 people have requested a copy of the book through our current giveaway. People are waking up. They are tired of being tired. They are ready to return to the “Wild” secrets of longevity.
Final Call: 2 Days Left
If you haven’t entered the giveaway yet, you have 2 days to secure 1 of the 100 free copies.

Whether you win a book or not, remember this: Nature isn’t trying to make you old. It’s trying to keep you alive. You just have to give it the right fuel.
In service and vitality,
Axay Shah
