Are You Living Your Best Life?

You know what everyone says?

“I don’t have time.”

I’m too busy. I don’t have time to exercise. I don’t have time to see friends. I don’t have time to pursue my passion. I don’t have time for myself.

The world has bought into this narrative. Time is the enemy. Time is scarce. If only you had more time, your life would be different.

But I’m going to tell you something that might change everything:

You don’t have a time problem. You have an energy problem.

Let me describe what your best life might look like:

You work for a living but it doesn’t drain you. You have energy left over.

But most people don’t live this way.

The Lie About Time

Here’s what people actually tell themselves:

“If I had more time, I could do all these things.”

But that’s not true.

If you gave most people an extra 4 hours a day, they wouldn’t suddenly start running marathons or gardening or creating meaningful connections.

They’d sleep. They’d collapse. They’d consume entertainment mindlessly because they’re too tired to do anything else.

The problem isn’t time. The problem is they get home from 8 hours of work and they’re exhausted.

Not just tired. Completely depleted. Energy gone.

And when you have no energy, time becomes irrelevant. You could have 24 hours of free time and you still wouldn’t do anything with it.
