Last summer, I published a video called “Dream Town: Building a Healthier Future.” In it, I described a place I’ve been imagining for years.
A whole town. Plant-based. Raw food. No stoves. No ovens. No microwaves. Only an electric kettle for green tea.
People watched it and smiled politely. I thought I was dreaming.
But I wasn’t dreaming. I was remembering.
Remembering what’s actually true about food. About energy. About what happens to life when you apply heat.
The Kitchen Lie
Our entire civilization is built on a single, unquestioned assumption: The kitchen is the heart of the home.
We celebrate it. We renovate it. We gather in it. We teach our children in it. We Instagram it.
But what if just what if the kitchen is where the lie begins?
What if the kitchen is where Mother Nature’s living food becomes dead food?
Think about it. Really think.
When you heat food, what happens? The energy changes. The structure transforms. The life force, the vital energy that was meant to nourish your body gets destroyed.
Cooked food isn’t food anymore. It’s the corpse of food.
And we’re feeding our bodies, our minds, our children corpses.

That’s not just about pesticides or processing. It’s about this: Cooked food is not made by Mother Nature. Heat applied by human hands is human interference.
Raw food = living energy = vital body.
Cooked food = dead energy = processed body.
The Question I’ve Been Asking
For 16 years, I’ve lived on raw food. I’ve documented what happens. Medical records showing disease reversal. Marathon performance that defies age. Mental clarity that most people think is impossible after 50.
But data is just data. So I started asking a different question:
What if an entire town stopped cooking? What would happen?
Not one person. Not a family. Not even a community of committed seekers.
What if everyone, every mind, every body, every decision-maker operated on living energy instead of dead food?
The Dream Town Experiment
I filmed that vision in July 2024. I want you to see it. Not because it’s entertainment. But because it’s a mirror.

In this town, children thrive in school not just to survive, but thrive. Their minds are clear. Their bodies are vital. They’re learning from clarity, not from the fog of processed food.
Everyone is happy and healthy. Not medicated. Not managing disease. Actually healthy.
There’s one small hospital for injuries only. Because when a population eats living food, there are no chronic diseases to manage. No diabetes clinics. No heart disease wards. No cancer centers.
The playground is full. People move because their bodies work. Because they have energy. Because they’re alive.
The police station is small. Think about that. Really think about it.
When people eat dead food, their minds become foggy. Foggy minds make poor decisions. Poor decisions create conflict. Conflict creates crime.
But when people eat living food? Their minds are clear. Clear minds see clearly. Clear vision creates cooperation. Cooperation creates peace.
No suicides. No mass killings. No sense of hopelessness.
Why? Because when your body is fed living energy, your spirit knows: Life is Beautiful.
The Connection Nobody Wants to See
I’m not saying cooking causes all human suffering. But I’m asking you to consider the chain:
Kitchen → Dead Food → Dead Energy → Dead Mind → Dead Society
What if it’s that simple?
What if we’ve been trying to solve crime, depression, disease, and violence by changing laws, medication, and policy when the real answer is sitting in the kitchen, on the stove?
What if the revolution doesn’t require a political movement? Does it require removing the appliances?
This Isn’t Utopia. It’s Practical.
I know what you might be thinking: This is nice poetry, Axay. But it’s not realistic.
Except it is.
I’m not asking you to believe me. I’m asking you to look.
I’ve lived 16 years on raw food. I’m 66 years old. I’ve completed seven marathons. I have zero medications. My blood work is optimal. My mind is clearer than it was at 30.
My life is the proof.
And in Dream Town, thousands of people are living this. Not because they were forced. But because someone showed them what’s possible and they chose vitality.
No coercion. Just clarity.
The Barter System Emerges Naturally
In Dream Town, people exchange fruits and vegetables through barter. Not because communism is good. But because when people are healthy and clear-minded, they naturally cooperate.
Sick people compete for resources and medicine.
Healthy people share abundance.
It’s not ideology. It’s biology.
The Pollution Disappears
No cooking means less energy consumption. Less energy consumption means less pollution. Less pollution means cleaner air, cleaner water, cleaner soil.
But it goes deeper: When you’re not cooking, you’re not generating the heat that contributes to climate change. You’re not buying packaged food wrapped in plastic. You’re not supporting the industrial food system that’s destroying the planet.
You’re simply eating what the earth produces.
In Nature We Trust.
And Then Something Beautiful Happens
In my Dream Town vision, something shifts. The people outside the ones still living in the fog of dead food they start to notice.
They see the children thriving. They see the absence of disease. They see happiness. They see the peace.
And slowly, curiosity awakens. One person tries it. Then another. Then a family. Then a neighborhood.
Not through force or preaching. Through undeniable results.
“Look at them,” people say. “They’re different.”
And they are. Because they’re fed by living energy.
A Child’s Dream. A Practical One.
Bachu, my pen name means “child” in my native Indian Gujarati language. And this Dream Town vision comes from the child in me. The part that still asks “what if?” with wonder instead of cynicism.
But wonder doesn’t mean impractical.
The most practical dreams are the ones rooted in truth. And the truth is simple: Living food creates living bodies. Living bodies create living minds. Living minds create living societies.
That’s not poetry. That’s biology.
You’re an Equal Partner
I’m not here to convince you. I’m not here to recruit you. I’m not here to save you.
You are an equal partner of this earth. You get to decide.
But I’m offering you a mirror. I’m asking you to look at the kitchen in your home. I’m asking you what’s actually happening there. I’m asking you to consider the cost.
And I’m saying: There’s another way.
Not because I’m wise. But because I’ve lived it for 16 years, and it works.
